One of the nice things about filming recruitment content is that a lot of it can be repurposed into public relations content. Unfortunately, public relations is a necessary endeavor with so much anti-police rhetoric in the media.
This particular video also addresses another important, but often overlooked, part of recruitment is actually showing what the community looks like. While local applicants might be familiar with the community, laterals often aren't and the area they'll be living and working in is just as important as the work they'll be doing.
